LJUrban will proudly unveil the first homes in their LEED ND certified "Good" Project on Saturday, May 24th, 2008 in West Sacramento. The "Good" Project is the first eco-urban community in Sacramento’s urban core. It project consists of 35 individual homes that are LEED ND Certified and located in the Washington Neighborhood of West Sacramento. The project is one of the first in the entire country to be finished under the LEED ND certification pilot program.

Among the days festivities: an appearance by The Live Lightly Tour, a veggie oil fueled RV that Matt & Sara are driving around the country to help educate folks on sustainable lifestyles. There will be organic Carribean food served by Kimba from Roots & Kulchah. And as if that was not enough, Dusty Brown, a local musician will be setting the mood with his groovy music.
